QC Equipment
A wide variety of equipment is made available to our staff. This includes a Keyence IM-7001 Image Dimension Measuring System, profile projector, an assortment of micrometers and calipers along with pin gages up to .7500". All of our equipment is calibrated on a bi-annual basis. Our inspection room is climate controlled to ensure the highest accuracy in the materials being inspected.
Part History
A part history is kept on file for all parts and job travellers. This helps us streamline our process and help the operators avoid any issues that may have come up in the past. All programs are kept in a DNC editor along with the latest revision the program was made to.
